Bakery Grade Kernels

They are well known for their nutritional value. With high content of Vitamin E and poly-unsaturated fatty acids, the sunflower kernels are used for direct consumption or in bakery mixes.

After the pre-cleaning the sunflower seed are de-stoned with an optical scanner. Next the seeds are de-hulled, and then the Sortex optical colour sorter and the Best x-ray scanner make sure that the purity of the product is up to 99.95%.  Kernels come in two different grades; regular grade which is 3-6mm and premium grade 6+mm.

The production capacity of sunflower kernels is 150 tons per day which means we can load up to 7 containers per day. Packaged in Big Bags or 20kg/22,86kg/25kg three layer Kraft paper bags with an additional polypropylene liner to keep their shelf life longer. They are shipped on Euro pallets stretched and strapped for safety.

Roasted Kernels

Mainly used for human consumption. Exported in vacuum packed bags for longer freshness. They are well known for their nutritional value. With high content of Vitamin E and poly-unsaturated fatty acids, the sunflower kernels are used for direct consumption. Sizes vary from 3 to 7mm. 

After the pre-cleaning the sunflower seed are de-stoned with an optical scanner. Next the seeds are de-hulled, and then the Sortex optical colour sorter and the Best x-ray scanner make sure that the purity of the product is up to 99.95%. After these processes the Kernels are roasted ready to be consumed. 

The production capacity of sunflower kernels is 22 tons per day which means we can load a container each day. Packaged in 25kg vacuum packed bags inside a polypropylene outer bag. They are shipped on Euro pallets stretched and strapped for safety.

Bird Food Grade

Sunflower Hearts are packed with oil, making them an ideal source of energy and heat for birds. Being huskless means less mess and no waste and these seeds are eaten by all species of birds.

If you could only offer one kind of food to birds, it should be sunflower seeds. Sunflower seeds attract more species of birds than any other type of seed, making it the mainstay of any backyard bird-feeding plan.

Hulled sunflower seeds can be purchased whole or as chips, sometimes called hearts. The whole kernels are the most desirable, of course, but the pieces are still attractive to birds and both forms are used in many wild bird seed mixes.

Semi Hulled (Bird Food)

This product is another by-product in the process of dehulling. At the end of the de-hulling process some of the shells come out half broken or some husk intact to kernel and sortex machine seperates these kernels which are perfect for bird feeding.
